The short version

99Posts helps prepare and route your posts. You choose the destinations, remain responsible for the content, and stay bound by each provider's rules and decisions.

01

Agreement and provider

99Posts is provided by STRICS IT GmbH, Florian-Gmainer-Strasse 4, 4240 Freistadt, Austria. These terms apply to the 99Posts iPhone app, the 99Posts web app at 99posts.app, their supporting cloud service, and their connected publishing features. By using 99Posts, you agree to these terms and the 99Posts Privacy Policy.

For an App Store or TestFlight distribution, these terms supplement Apple's applicable terms and Standard End User License Agreement. Mandatory consumer, warranty, withdrawal, and digital-content rights prevail where the law requires them.

02

Pre-release status and eligibility

99Posts is currently a pre-release product. Features, interfaces, limits, supported destinations, and availability can change before public release. Access provided for testing or provider review is not a promise of App Store availability or production approval by YouTube, Meta, Instagram, or TikTok.

You must be legally able to accept these terms and meet the age, territory, account, business, and eligibility requirements of every connected platform. If you use 99Posts for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

03

Owner account, Profiles, and security

Apple, Google, or an optional email/password sign-in identifies the owner of a 99Posts workspace. These owner accounts are independent; 99Posts does not link owner identities across sign-in methods. Publishing accounts are connected separately. A Profile is an organizational space for one connected account per supported platform; it is not a shared team account and does not give another person access to your workspace.

You are responsible for securing your chosen owner sign-in account and credentials, your device, and every connected platform account. Keep passwords, authentication codes, provider tokens, and review credentials private. Tell us promptly at hello@strics.at if you believe your 99Posts account has been compromised.

04

Third-party platform connections

Connecting YouTube, Instagram through Facebook Login, or TikTok authorizes 99Posts to perform only the actions covered by the permissions you grant and the features you request. You can disconnect in 99Posts and may also revoke access in the provider's settings.

Your use of each destination remains subject to that provider's terms, developer policies, community rules, music rules, commercial-content rules, account eligibility, rate limits, and review decisions. STRICS does not control provider APIs and cannot guarantee that an account, permission, scope, metadata field, or publication method will remain available.

05

Drafting, scheduling, and publishing

99Posts lets you prepare a source video, cover, copy, and supported destination settings, save drafts locally on your iPhone or in your browser, and request publication at a chosen time. You decide which connected destinations receive each post.

A scheduled time is a target, not an exact guarantee. Device state, upload duration, provider queues, review systems, outages, rate limits, account restrictions, content checks, or API changes can delay, reject, duplicate, or prevent a publication. Check the destination's final state before relying on a post as live. A status shown in 99Posts reflects the information available from the backend or provider at that time.

06

Your content and publishing responsibility

You retain your rights in videos, covers, captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, first comments, and other material you submit. You give STRICS a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, format, and transmit that material only as needed to provide 99Posts and complete your requests.

You are responsible for the content and for every permission, licence, release, attribution, tag, collaborator invitation, account mention, music right, advertising disclosure, AI-generated or altered-content disclosure, and audience setting it requires. Instagram collaborator or tagging fields are native Instagram publishing options; they are not a 99Posts team-collaboration feature.

Do not upload or publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, infringing, privacy-invasive, malicious, or unauthorized content. Do not use 99Posts to spam, manipulate engagement, evade provider safeguards, impersonate others, or access an account without permission.

07

Insights and platform data

99Posts can display supported views, likes, comments, shares, and publication states returned by connected providers. Metrics are informational and can be delayed, sampled, rounded, incomplete, revised, or unavailable. They are not an audit, business guarantee, or complete substitute for a provider's own dashboard.

08

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

If paid plans are offered, you can subscribe in the iPhone app through Apple or on 99posts.app through Stripe. A plan unlocks the same limits in the app and on the web. Web checkout is not offered while an App Store plan is active on the account.

For App Store purchases, the purchase sheet shows the current product, price, billing period, taxes, trial or introductory terms, and renewal details before confirmation. Apple charges your Apple Account and handles subscription management and App Store refund decisions. Unless cancelled through Apple under the displayed terms, an auto-renewing subscription can renew automatically.

For web purchases, STRICS IT GmbH is the seller and Stripe processes the payment. The Stripe checkout page shows the plan, price, billing period, and taxes before you confirm. A web plan renews monthly and is charged to your selected payment method until you cancel it under Plans, Manage billing on 99posts.app. Unless the cancellation screen says otherwise, the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from a web purchase within 14 days by emailing hello@strics.at. If you expressly asked for the plan to start during that period, we may charge a share of the price for the time the plan was available before you withdrew. Mandatory consumer rights to refunds or withdrawal are not limited by these terms.

Deleting the 99Posts account ends a web subscription immediately. It does not cancel Apple billing; manage or cancel an App Store subscription in Apple Account settings. Refund rights and decisions remain subject to Apple or STRICS for the respective purchase, applicable law, and mandatory consumer rights. STRICS does not receive your complete payment-card details.

09

Availability, changes, and support

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve the product, protect users, comply with law or provider rules, control abuse, or respond to an unavailable API. Maintenance, provider incidents, or pre-release changes can interrupt service. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular provider approval, or continued support for every account type or territory.

If a problem occurs, use the status and error information in 99Posts and contact hello@strics.at with the approximate time, Profile, destination, and non-sensitive error details. Never email a password, access token, or recovery code.

10

Disconnecting, deletion, and suspension

You can stop using 99Posts, disconnect channels, or delete the 99Posts account in the app or in Settings on 99posts.app. Deletion removes active 99Posts workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy but does not remove posts already published on a third-party platform. Delete those posts through the destination itself.

We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or STRICS; investigate fraud or security issues; respond to a legal request; enforce these terms; or stop serious misuse. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice or a chance to correct the issue.

11

Warranty and liability

99Posts is provided with the care required by applicable law, but pre-release software and third-party publishing APIs can contain faults or change without notice. Except where the law says otherwise, STRICS does not warrant exact publication timing, uninterrupted service, provider acceptance, complete analytics, audience reach, revenue, or fitness for a particular campaign.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, STRICS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by a provider decision, account restriction, content rejection, lost reach, unavailable API, or material you were not entitled to publish.

12

Law, changes, and contact

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law gives you stronger protection or another forum. Consumers may bring claims in any court available under mandatory law.

We may update these terms when 99Posts, provider requirements, pricing, or law changes. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply to future use.

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@strics.at. The current version and effective date remain published on this page.
