Your account,
deleted when you say.

Sign in at 99posts.app with the account you want to delete. Open Settings, choose Delete 99Posts Account, and confirm. You are signed out when the deletion has started.

Open 99Posts on your iPhone, go to Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm. The account is the same on the web and on iPhone, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere.

Deleting starts removal of the account's Profiles, scheduled posts, uploaded media, connected YouTube, Instagram and TikTok credentials, and insights from active 99Posts systems. 99Posts attempts to revoke its access at each connected platform. Deleting the account also deletes its Stripe customer, which ends a web subscription immediately.

Narrow records can remain for the retention purposes in the 99Posts Privacy Policy, for example purchase, fraud-prevention and accounting records.

Posts already published on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok stay on those platforms; remove them there. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription bought in the iPhone app; manage it in your Apple Account settings.

If you connected Instagram through Facebook, you can also remove 99Posts under Apps and Websites in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Meta then sends 99Posts a deletion request, and 99Posts removes the data and credentials of that Instagram connection. Meta shows you a confirmation code to check the status. This removes the Instagram connection only; delete the 99Posts account as described above to remove everything.

Email hello@strics.at from the address of your 99Posts account and ask for its deletion. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete it.
